A word about jeans

London Fashion Week is coming and I’ll be taking my camera for blogging opportunities. All rather exciting because last season we were not fully operational blog wise.

It is rather annoying for those of you who would like it to be a consumer event I know but I can assure you, there are far too many fashion hacks rushing around trying to gather stories for it to be fun!

But others are offering events to celebrate LFW namely Topshop and denim specialist Suzy Radcliffe who will host a week-long Denim Clinic in Topshop’s Oxford Circus flagship, where customers will be able to book a personalised jean fit consultation.

Suzy Radcliffe, founder and creative director of jeans brand Radcliffe, will be on hand with her team between 1 and 6pm daily from Monday 8th to Friday 13th to help customers make the perfect jeans choice and to ensure denim becomes a favourite autumn/winter wardrobe staple.

If you can’t get down t the big smoke we have created a jeans e-book in association with ilovejeans that will be just as helpful if not a whole load more and is available when you buy a body shape e-book.

I’ve enclosed a pic of me in my jeans, one of my favourite pairs in fact. At last count I have about 10 pairs but some are waiting it out in storage having lost credibility shape wise. I rarely get rid of something that fits well though.

P.S. Topshop will also have style advisers on hand to offer advice on what tops, shoes and jackets to wear with different styles of jeans and there will also be complimentary on-site alterations offered.
