Having not purchased anything ethical for at least a month (I have yet to show you my coat from Pure as it needs a little dressing up) I’m ticking two boxes today.

This is the marvelous dress by Nin at Goodone made from recycled Fashion Targets T-shirts (clever designer she) and although I didn’t buy this, (I like to choose fitted clothes when I have tried them on for the best way to look well styled) yes selecting the right clothes for my shape is my goal for you and me! Still I got myself a monochrome top in a looser fit, made in a similar style that I’ll be showing you soon.

But on to the frivolity! It’s really a marvelous moment to see yourself on the front cover of a magazine and sharing the catwalk with the likes of June Sarpong, Jade Jagger and Sarah Cox, but don’t let me have all the fun, you can have a go too on the million model catwalk.

Yes you can edit your look as long as you have a ‘front-on’ photograph with your hair tied back to download for your profile) and chose an outfit to wear from the retailers taking part. Fancy a dressy look by Coast or monochrome stripes from River Island? There are plenty of other retailers to choose from including M&S, Laura Ashley and of course Goodone.

Why you can and have some fun at the same time as your catwalk appearance by buying the garment and seeing 30% of the price go to Breakthrough Breast Cancer.

Fashion Targets Breast Cancer are aiming for a record hence their million-model title as well as raising the subject of breast cancer amongst teens.

I was having a laugh as well as doing my bit and I’ve recommended Jane my styling partner in crime, as my friend to share the catwalk with so let’s see what she comes up with. How about you?
