notify us by e-mail at support@howtolookgood.com within 30-days of purchase, confirming that you are not completely satisfied with your e-book.
Any refund requests will be dealt with within 24 hours of receipt. We will e-mail you confirming your request, followed by the full amount being transferred back to your PayPal account immediately.

E-Book Delivery
On completion of your order with PayPal your e-book download will immediately be send to your given e-mail address.
In order to open your e-book you will need to have Adobe Reader downloaded onto your PC or Mac. If you do not currently have this please go to http://get.adobe.com/uk/reader/ to download the latest free version.
Your e-book will open in full screen format and can also be printed off for your own personal use.
