Wedged up

I’m just receiving samples of the small shoe collection I design for Simply Be and feeling nice as I have been pushing the platform wedge for winter. And I predicted just right.

Yes I know you are just getting round to thinking about spring and the possibility of hareem pants (go on try them) to let those summer breezes circulate rather sensually round the legs, but in catalogue world we have to think way ahead. I’ve been living winter 2010 for quite some time!

Anyway here’s proof that my predictive powers are still fizzing. These are looks I shot from my seat during London Fashion Week a few weeks ago for next winter.

Of course on the catwalk everything gets’ exaggerated which is why some of these shoes are slightly overstated. But don’t worry, designers do that deliberately to make a statement.

My job is to create a more ‘easy to wear’ style and I have. But I’m telling you this to confirm your shoe choices for the near future

Because if you splash out on a wedge platform in the coming months (the wedge platform will always make curvy legs look more shapely) you will have the satisfaction of knowing they are current for another few seasons too.

I like to give you good advice about your clothing purchases and how to get the best out of you wardrobe not to mention how to choose clothes that will suit your shape.

It pleases me!

That’s strange Denise, I don’t see them in my comments box. I’ll get someone techie to have a look although you managed this one so I’m not sure what’s going on!
